Use of VIALINKER AI, a VIALINKER website, demo page, AI widget, chat response, form, notification or generated message does not create a doctor-patient, dentist-patient, therapist-patient or other healthcare professional relationship between the user and VIALINKER.

3. No diagnosis or treatment advice

AI-generated messages may discuss general topics such as pricing, consultation preparation, recovery expectations, travel logistics, service categories, possible treatment pathways or common patient concerns. Such content is informational and administrative only. It must not be interpreted as diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, medical clearance, risk assessment, guarantee of outcome or individualized medical advice.

4. Qualified professionals and emergencies

US healthcare providers are responsible for determining whether their use requires a Business Associate Agreement or additional safeguards.
